BSNL OFFERS REDUCED TARIFF FOR NEW PREPAID MOBILE CUSTOMERS FOR FIRST 90 DAYS

BSNL decided to introduce Reduced call tariff for first three months under prepaid mobile services for new customers only from 01-02-2015.

That is BSNL is going to reduce call charges for its new customers by 50% for the first three months.

Details of the offer:

Reduced call rate of Rs.0.50/min (Normal rate is Rs.1/min) for all type of national voice calls (local/STD/On-net/Offnet) in Home LSA for  “Per minute plan”  and
Reduced call rate of 0.8paisa/sec (Normal rate is 1.8paisa/sec) for all types of national voice call (local/STD/On-net/Off-net) in Home LSA for “Per second plan".

with following Conditions:-
(i) The reduced call rate is only for first 90 days.
(ii) The reduced tariff for first 90 days with PV (per second and per minute corporate plans) is applicable for new customers only. The reduced tariff offer will not be extended for subsequent recharges i.e.migration or validity extension with PV (per second and per minute corporate plans).
(iii) This offer should not be extended automatically to other plans using Corporate “per second” and “perminute” tariff as base.
(iv) In view of the technical feasibility limitation in North and East Zone, the service class STVs i.e., all rate cutter STVs (for example STV 44 for local call-any net @1.4p/2sec.) will not be available to customers, availing above reduced call rate, of North Zone and East Zone during the reduced call tariff period. 

The above tariff will be applicable from 01.02.2015 subject to technical feasibility.

 BSNL Implemented  ‘Speed Restoration Plans’ to restore the speed to the normal when the speed is downgraded due to crossing of the usage as per the FUP under unlimited BB plans on FTTH.

1.       BSNL  launched  speed restoration add-on plans for unlimited FUP Broadband plans on FTTH also, in line with ADSL BB plans.”

Introduction of Add-on packs to BSNL postpaid mobile services

To promote postpaid mobile services and to attract new customers,BSNL introduces following Add-on packs under postpaid mobile services:-

I Single Bill for Maximum five mobile numbers:-

(i) Single Bill will be issued if a customer wants to get a single bill for maximum five

numbers e.g., father wants a single bill for all his family members.

(ii) Customers will have to convey their consent for availing the single bill option in an

application with signature of all the interested group members.

 FMC of Rs. 25/month will be charged for the facility and would be included in the single

bill to be issued each time. However, the facility will be free, if all the plans are of FMC of

Rs. 525 and onwards.

II Friends and Family CUG Add-on:-

(i) Free Calls shall be allowed within five on-net mobile numbers within same LSA. (CUG)

(ii) Free calls by all (max. five numbers) to any one specified on-net landline number

(within same LSA).

 FMC Rs. 25/month per CUG member e.g., if person ‘A’ wants to add person ‘B’ as CUG

member then both will have to give Rs. 25 and both will be added for each other.

III Free Call Facility:-

Free call facility to any one specified on-net mobile/landline number (outside LSA). Free

Call facility is available only if any of CUG Facility as above is opted by the subscriber.

Single/same number shall be specified by all the CUG members.

 FMC Rs. 50/month per subscriber.

IV Pool and Share Facility:-

Maximum 5 numbers may subscribe for this facility whereby, they will be able to share

their freebies.

 FMC Rs. 25/month per connection will be charged for the facility. However free for plans

with FMC of Rs. 525 onwards.

V. Combo Add-on:-

(i) Single bill for maximum five numbers (on-net numbers).

(ii) Free calls within above specified maximum 5 numbers.
